I am working alongside an established and thriving are seeking a highly skilled Employment Lawyer to join their thriving Norwich office. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced legal professional to play a pivotal role in shaping and leading the development of the firm’s employment law team.

In this senior position, you will provide expert advice on a wide range of employment law matters, including:

• Drafting contracts and workplace policies.
• Handling employment disputes.
• Representing clients at tribunals.

You will also take responsibility for driving the team’s growth through proactive business development and marketing activities, building long-lasting relationships with clients and expanding the client base.

About You:

• A qualified solicitor or legal executive (CILEX) with extensive experience in employment law.
• A confident communicator with a proven ability to provide practical and commercially focused advice.
• Strong business development skills, with a track record of growing client portfolios.
