Key Responsibilities:

• Providing expert advice on all aspects of employment law, including contracts, discrimination, disciplinary procedures, and termination issues.
• Drafting and reviewing employment contracts, policies, and settlement agreements.
• Representing clients in employment tribunal proceedings and other dispute resolution forums.
• Advising on HR matters and providing training to clients on legal compliance and best practices.
• Keeping abreast of developments in employment law and contributing to the firm’s knowledge management initiatives.

Requirements:

• Qualified Solicitor with several years of PQE in employment law.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment legislation and case law.
• Proven experience handling a diverse caseload of employment matters.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality legal services with integrity and professionalism.
