The Role

You will advise on both contentious and non-contentious employment matters, including:

• Disciplinary and grievance procedures
• Redundancy, unfair dismissal, and discrimination claims
• Employment Tribunal representation
• TUPE and workforce restructuring
• Drafting and reviewing contracts, policies, and settlement agreements

About You

• Qualified Solicitor with extensive experience in employment law (PQE levels flexible as a guide)
