EMPLOYMENT LAWYER – NQ + – Staffordshire
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a qualified Employment Lawyer to join a high-performing and well-regarded Employment team due to an increasing workload. This is a fantastic chance to join a collaborative team providing pragmatic and commercially focused employment advice to both employers and employees.
The team undertakes a broad range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters, including settlement agreements, business reorganisations, redundancy situations, TUPE advice, unfair and constructive dismissal claims, equality and discrimination claims, grievance and disciplinary matters, absence management, ACAS Early Conciliation, employment contracts, policies and handbooks, and restrictive covenants.
You will be a qualified Employment Lawyer (Solicitor or CILEX) with at least two years’ post-qualification experience, although more senior candidates are also encouraged to apply. You will be confident in managing your own caseload and ideally have experience acting for both respondents and claimants. A strong commercial outlook, a solutions-focused approach, and a genuine passion for delivering excellent client service are essential.
