A well-established and respected law firm in Surrey is seeking an Employment Solicitor to join its busy employment team. The Role
You will manage a range of employment law matters for both employer and employee clients, including:

• Advising on disciplinary and grievance issues, redundancy, settlement agreements, and employment contracts
• Handling claims in the Employment Tribunal including unfair dismissal, discrimination, and breach of contract
• Providing strategic advice on restructuring, TUPE transfers, and workforce management issues
• Drafting policies, contracts, and employment-related documentation
• Supporting senior team members on complex or high-value matters
• Contributing to business development and client relationship management

About You

• Qualified Solicitor with employment law experience
• Experience in contentious and advisory employment work
• Strong drafting, advocacy, and client management skills
