A well-regarded law firm in Essex is looking to add an Employment Solicitor to their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with 2+ years PQE to join a busy practice handling a varied employment law caseload.
The Role:
You will be advising on a wide range of employment matters, including:
- Employee relations and HR advice
- Disciplinary and grievance procedures
- Tribunal claims and litigation
- Redundancy and restructuring advice
- Drafting contracts, policies, and settlement agreements
About You:
- Circa 2+ years PQE in employment law
- Confident managing your own caseload with support from senior colleagues
- Strong client-facing skills with excellent communication
- Commercially aware and proactive
