A highly regarded Legal 500 firm in Liverpool is seeking an experienced Employment Solicitor to join its well-established employment team. This is an excellent opportunity to undertake a broad mix of contentious and non-contentious employment matters, with strong progression prospects, hybrid working, and a competitive salary package.

The Role
You will manage a varied caseload, advising employer and employee clients on:

• Unfair dismissal, discrimination, and whistleblowing claims
• Redundancies, restructures, and settlement agreements
• TUPE, contract drafting, and policy advice
• Representation at Employment Tribunal hearings
  You will also support business development initiatives and contribute to the continued growth of the department.

About You

• Qualified Employment Solicitor (PQE flexible as a guide)
