New Employment Solicitor / Legal Executive – Legal 500 Firm – Buckinghamshire

We’re currently working with a well-regarded Legal 500 firm in Buckinghamshire, looking to add an experienced Employment Solicitor to their growing team. The Role:

* In this role, you’ll manage a varied caseload of employment law matters, advising both employers and employees

The work will include:

* Drafting and reviewing contracts, policies, and procedures
* Advising on redundancy, TUPE, and grievance processes
* Representing clients in employment tribunals, including claims for unfair dismissal and discrimination
* Delivering practical, commercial advice to help clients navigate complex employment issues

What We’re Looking For:

* A qualified Solicitor in England and Wales with at least 1+ years’ PQE in employment law
