A well-respected Legal 500 firm in Suffolk is seeking an Employment Partner to join its leading employment department. The Role
You will play a key leadership role within the employment team, with responsibilities including:

• Managing a high-level caseload of contentious and non-contentious employment matters
• Advising employer clients across a range of sectors on restructuring, redundancy, TUPE, policy drafting, employee relations, and complex disputes
• Overseeing Employment Tribunal litigation and supervising more junior fee earners
• Leading client relationships and assisting with firm-wide business development strategies
• Contributing to departmental growth and service development
• Providing training, mentorship, and supervision to junior lawyers

About You

• Experienced Employment Solicitor currently at Partner level or a Senior Associate ready to step up
• Strong technical expertise in both advisory and contentious employment work
• Proven track record in business development and maintaining client relationships
• Leadership ability and experience supervising or mentoring junior lawyers
• Commercially minded with ambition to contribute to ongoing departmental growth
