The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a diverse caseload, providing strategic legal advice, and representing clients in dispute resolution proceedings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Case Management: Oversee a varied caseload of dispute resolution matters, including contractual disputes, property disputes, and civil litigation.
• Legal Advice: Provide clear and strategic legal advice to clients, assessing the merits of cases and formulating effective dispute resolution strategies.
• Client Representation: Act as a strong advocate for clients, representing their interests in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings.
• Legal Research: Stay informed about changes in legislation and case law, ensuring the application of the latest legal principles to client cases.
