An exceptional opportunity for a Disease Litigation Handler to join a highly respected Top 50 firm with a national presence.

Role Overview:

• Assisting the Partners, Principal Associates and Associates with their complex and high value caseloads
• Draft legal documents, conduct research, and attend client meetings, conferences, and court appearances.
• Support senior colleagues with high-value claims.
• Engage in business development and ensure compliance with targets and policies.

About You:

• 3+ years’ PQE in industrial disease or personal injury.
• Strong litigation and caseload management experience.
• Excellent drafting, analytical, and communication abilities.
• Ability to work to deadlines / targets,
