The Role

We’re seeking an experienced Credit Hire Solicitor to handle a caseload of pre-litigated and litigated files for a variety of clients. This is an exciting opportunity to work remotely while contributing to the success of a growing firm.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing a diverse caseload of credit hire claims from inception to resolution.
• Preparing cases for litigation and attending hearings where necessary.
• Conducting legal research and drafting clear, concise correspondence.
• Maintaining excellent client relationships and providing high-quality advice.
• Keeping up to date with relevant legal developments and case law.

What We’re Looking For

• Qualified Solicitor in England and Wales (2+ years PQE preferred, but all levels considered).
• Strong experience in credit hire litigation, including both defendant and claimant cases.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and advocacy skills.
• A proactive, self-motivated attitude with excellent time management.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
