Role and Responsibilities:

• Handle cases related to the Court of Protection, including deputyship applications, lasting powers of attorney, and complex welfare matters.
• Provide clear and professional legal advice to clients and their families.

Requirements:

• NQ-5 years’ PQE in Court of Protection work.
• Strong knowledge of relevant legislation and procedures.
