A well-established law firm is seeking a Court of Protection Partner to join its specialist team handling clients with brain and catastrophic injuries. The role offers the opportunity to work on high-value, complex cases within a collaborative team environment.

The Role:
* Act on Court of Protection matters for clients with catastrophic injuries, including brain injury, spinal injury, and other life-changing conditions
* Manage financial, welfare, and property decisions for incapacitated clients
* Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members where appropriate
* Contribute to the growth of the practice through business development and client relationship management

The Candidate:
* A qualified solicitor with significant Court of Protection experience at partner level
* Experience in catastrophic injury, brain injury, or serious personal injury cases
* Commercially minded, confident in client management and business development
* Able to work collaboratively with other partners and across the wider firm
