A leading international law firm is seeking an experienced Corporate Tax Senior Associate to join its award-winning and highly ranked Tax & Incentives team. Recognised for excellence by leading legal directories and industry awards, the team advises on complex, often cross-border matters across M&A, private equity structuring, IP, and real estate transactions. Clients span high-growth and innovative sectors such as technology, life sciences, and private capital.

The Team
The Corporate Tax group consists of a strong mix of partners, senior associates, associates, and trainees. The team works closely with colleagues in corporate, finance, IP, and real estate, delivering integrated, commercially focused tax advice. You’ll be joining a collaborative, forward-thinking environment that values knowledge sharing and professional development.

The Opportunity
This role offers the chance to work on a broad range of technically challenging and high-quality corporate tax matters, including:

  • M&A transactions
  • Private equity structuring
  • Real estate structuring (direct and indirect tax)
  • Cross-border advisory work

It’s ideal for someone with a solid foundation in UK corporate tax who is looking to deepen their expertise and take on more responsibility in a supportive, intellectually stimulating environment. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide tax advice to internal and external clients, often in collaboration with other practice areas.
  • Work on transactions and advisory matters involving M&A, private equity, corporate structuring, IP/IT structuring, funds, financing, refinancing, and real estate.
  • Contribute to business development initiatives and knowledge-sharing programmes.
  • Supervise and mentor junior colleagues and trainees.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

  • UK-qualified solicitor.
  • Strong track record in corporate tax transactions.
  • Excellent technical skills and commercial acumen.
  • Strong client relationship and communication abilities.
  • Well-organised with good file management skills.
