Corporate Lawyer (Senior Associate / Principal Associate) – Birmingham

An established national law firm is seeking to appoint a senior lawyer to join its Corporate team at Senior Associate or Principal Associate level. The role is suited to candidates with substantial experience in venture capital transactions; broader corporate transactional experience will also be advantageous.

You will take the lead on selected matters and work closely with partners on larger or more complex transactions, both locally and nationally. Mentoring and developing junior team members will form an important part of the role.

The firm places strong emphasis on client experience, and you will be encouraged to participate in – and at times lead – client relationship management and business development activities from an early stage.
