Your Responsibilities:

• Handle a variety of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, shareholder agreements, and joint ventures
• Demonstrate strong financial management skills and commercial awareness
• Engage in business development activities to contribute to the firm’s growth

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum of 4 years PQE with relevant corporate experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to manage and run your own caseload with minimal supervision
