The Role
You will advise a wide range of clients, including owner-managed businesses, SMEs, and larger corporates, across an array of sectors. The work will include:

• Mergers, acquisitions, and disposals
• Private equity and venture capital transactions
• Corporate restructures and reorganisations
• Joint ventures, shareholder agreements, and governance matters
• Business start-ups and commercial structuring
• Leading and mentoring junior lawyers, with involvement in business development and strategic growth initiatives

About You

• Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 6 years PQE in corporate law (Senior Associate or Partner level)
• Strong technical expertise in corporate transactions and advisory work
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and lead complex matters
• Commercially aware with strong business development skills
• A team player with excellent communication and leadership qualities
