We are seeking a seasoned Senior Solicitor specializing in corporate transactions, such as mergers and acquisitions, management buy-outs and buy-ins, and trade sales and disposals.

The ideal candidate will independently manage their workload while supporting fellow lawyers in corporate transactional matters and providing company law advisory services. Proficiency in all facets of private M&A transactions is a must.
