We have an excellent opportunity for a Senior Corporate Solicitor 5+ PQE with a fantastic legal 500 practice in the Essex area.

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Solicitor specialising in corporate transactions, such as mergers and acquisitions, management buy-outs and buy-ins, and trade sales and disposals.

The firm are seeking an Associate or Senior Associate who will independently manage their workload while supporting fellow lawyers in corporate transactional matters and providing company law advisory services. Proficiency in all facets of private M&A transactions is a must.
