Responsibilities:

Criteria:

• Qualified solicitor with 2 years+ PQE in corporate and commercial law.
• Proven experience handling a variety of corporate and commercial matters.
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize workload effectively in a fast-paced environment.
