Position: Corporate Commercial Solicitor Location: St Albans

Key Responsibilities:

* Undertake general commercial work, along with involvement in corporate/M&A deals.
* Work with an impressive client base across various sizes and sectors.

Qualifications and Experience:
* Ideal candidates should have 4+ years’ post qualification experience
* General experience in both corporate and commercial work, preferably in private practice or exceptional in-house experience.
* Strong training/experience from a boutique or medium-sized firm.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, pressured environment with excellent drafting skills.
* Maintain a calm and professional demeanour for clients.
* A sense of humour to navigate challenges with ease.
