A leading Suffolk firm is seeking a Corporate & Commercial Solicitor (5+ PQE) to join its highly regarded Legal 500 team.

The Role:
You’ll handle a mix of M&A, shareholder agreements, group restructures, joint ventures and commercial contracts. The work is varied, high-quality and client-facing, with strong links to owner-managed businesses, SMEs and private equity-backed companies. You’ll also support junior lawyers and play an active role in business development.

About You:

• Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with 5+ years PQE in corporate or commercial law
• Strong technical and drafting skills with solid transactional experience
• Commercially minded, client-focused and confident working independently or in a team
