Key Responsibilities:

• Advising clients on a variety of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and corporate restructurings.
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts and agreements.
• Providing legal advice on corporate governance and compliance issues.
• Managing and developing client relationships, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
• Collaborating with colleagues across different practice areas to provide comprehensive legal solutions.
