Corporate & Commercial Solicitor 3+ PQE

They are seeking an experienced Corporate & Commercial Solicitor to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years’ PQE and a proven track record in handling a wide range of corporate and commercial matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advising clients on a variety of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and corporate restructurings.
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts and agreements.
• Providing legal advice on corporate governance and compliance issues.
• Managing and developing client relationships, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
• Collaborating with colleagues across different practice areas to provide comprehensive legal solutions.

Requirements:

• Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years’ PQE in corporate and commercial law.
• Strong technical knowledge and experience in handling complex corporate transactions.
• Excellent drafting and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage a busy caseload and work effectively under pressure.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• A proactive and commercial approach to problem-solving.
