The Role
From a recruitment perspective, this role offers exposure to a broad range of corporate matters, including:

• Advising on mergers and acquisitions, disposals, and corporate restructurings
• Drafting and negotiating share purchase agreements, asset purchase agreements, and shareholders’ agreements
• Supporting private equity and venture capital transactions
• Advising on corporate governance and compliance matters
• Working closely with senior lawyers on complex and high-value transactions
• Managing client relationships and contributing to business development initiatives

• Qualified Solicitor with corporate law experience
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and technical skills
• Commercially aware and confident dealing with clients
