Their Corporate department is at the forefront of the market, handling a wide range of high-profile mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, and complex corporate restructurings across various sectors. They are looking for an ambitious Associate Solicitor to join their team and play a pivotal role in driving their continued success.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Corporate Associate looking to make an exciting move to a firm offering a Corporate Associate role.

The ideal candidate will possess a wealth of knowledge across a diverse spectrum of corporate issues. As a Corporate Associate, you will be dealing with:

• Transaction Management: Lead and manage M&A transactions from inception to completion, including due diligence, drafting and negotiation of transactional documents, and coordination of cross-border matters.
• Client Advisory: Provide high-quality, strategic legal advice to clients on a range of corporate matters, including mergers, acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures, and private equity investments.
• Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other departments within the firm, including tax, employment, and litigation, to deliver comprehensive legal solutions to clients.
• Business Development: Engage in activities to grow the firm’s client base and enhance its market presence.
• Mentorship: Support and mentor junior solicitors and trainees, fostering their development and contributing to the overall growth of the team.
