Job Title: Conveyancer / Property Solicitor (4 Years PQE)

About the Role:
Our client, a well-established and respected law firm in Brighton and Hove, is seeking an experienced Conveyancer or Property Solicitor with a minimum of 4 years PQE to join their property team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to manage a diverse caseload of residential property transactions while working within a supportive and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle a varied caseload of residential property transactions, including freehold and leasehold sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity.
• Provide professional advice to clients on all aspects of property law, ensuring clear communication of complex legal concepts.
• Draft and review contracts, deeds, and other legal documentation.
• Liaise with clients, estate agents, surveyors, and other professionals to ensure transactions progress smoothly.
• Ensure compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
• Deliver excellent client service throughout the entire process.
• Supervise and mentor junior team members as required.

Essential Skills & Experience:

• Qualified Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer with a minimum of 4 years PQE in property law.
• Proven experience managing residential property transactions.
• Strong knowledge of property law and associated legal processes.
• Exceptional organisational skills and ability to handle a busy caseload efficiently.
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
• A proactive approach, able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
