Job Title: Conveyancer / Property Solicitor (2+ Years PQE)

About the Role:
Our client, a well-regarded law firm based in Essex, is seeking a skilled Conveyancer or Property Solicitor with 2+ years PQE to join their expanding property team. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a diverse range of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and equity transfers.
• Provide clear and effective legal advice on property law to clients, ensuring they understand all aspects of the process.
• Draft and review legal documents, including contracts and deeds, in a timely and accurate manner.
• Liaise with clients, estate agents, surveyors, and other professionals to ensure seamless progress throughout the transaction process.
• Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements in property transactions.
• Offer excellent client service throughout, maintaining strong professional relationships.
• Assist and support junior team members as required, providing guidance and mentoring.

Skills & Experience Required:

• At least 2 years PQE as a Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer, with experience in residential property law.
• Strong understanding of property law, with the ability to apply it to a variety of transactions.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a busy caseload effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex legal terms to clients in simple terms.
• Highly organised, with good time management skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work autonomously as well as collaborate within a team.
