Our well regarded client, based in Surrey, is looking to recruit an experienced Contentious Probate Solicitor (4+ PQE) to join their highly regarded team. This is an exceptional opportunity to be part of a dynamic firm that is known for its expertise in contentious probate matters.

We are seeking a motivated and experienced solicitor with a proven track record in handling a broad range of contentious probate cases. You will be experienced in will disputes, inheritance claims, and trust disputes, and this role will provide the chance to work with a varied client base and make a significant impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Relationship Management: Take ownership of client matters from engagement through to billing and ensuring timely payments.
• Expert Legal Advice: Provide exceptional legal advice on a range of contentious probate issues, including disputes over wills, inheritance, and trusts.
• Litigation & Dispute Resolution: Handle complex contentious probate disputes with a focus on achieving favourable outcomes for clients.
• Stay Current: Keep up-to-date with the latest developments in contentious probate law to ensure high-quality service and compliance.
• Business Development: Assist in the growth of the department, contributing to the firm’s reputation for excellence.

About You:

• Experience: Minimum of 4+ years PQE, with a strong background in contentious probate matters.
• Expertise: Experience in handling disputes related to the validity of wills, inheritance claims, and trust disputes.
• Client-Focused: A commitment to providing first-class client care and excellent communication.
• Proactive & Dynamic: Able to take initiative, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
