Contentious Probate Solicitor – (5+PQE) –

A unique opportunity for an experienced solicitors to join a leading firm in Oxfordshire in their Contentious Probate department.

This is an important appointment for the firm, and we would encourage applications from Lawyers with a least 5+PQE, and with expertise in a wide range of contentious probate matters

The Role:

• Manage all aspects of the client relationship, from engagement to billing and chasing payment.
• Provide expert legal advice to a varied client base, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism
• Disputing the validity of Wills, inheritance disputes and trust disputes.
• Stay informed on relevant legal developments and maintain compliance
