About the Role:
Our client, a well-established and reputable law firm based in Essex, is seeking an experienced Contentious Probate Solicitor with at least 4 years PQE to join their busy litigation department. This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented solicitor to work on a broad range of contentious probate matters, offering the chance to handle complex and high-value cases.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing their own caseload while benefiting from the support of a collaborative team. You will work on a variety of contentious probate issues, including disputes over wills, inheritance claims, and estate administration matters. The role requires a proactive and solution-oriented approach to clients’ legal needs.
