About the Role:

As the Compliance Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining the firm’s compliance framework. You will ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, provide guidance to staff, and help foster a culture of compliance within the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and oversee compliance policies and procedures.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with legal regulations and internal policies.
• Conduct audits and risk assessments to identify and mitigate compliance risks.
• Provide training and support to staff on compliance issues.
• Serve as the main point of contact for regulatory agencies and internal stakeholders.
• Prepare and present compliance reports to senior management.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a compliance role, ideally within a law firm
• Strong knowledge of Legal compliance regulations and frameworks.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and organisational skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
