Commercial Technology (2+ PQE)

An exciting new opportunity has arisen for an experienced Solicitor with a background in Commercial Technology to join a highly successful Legal 500 practice in Reading.

We would like to hear from applicants from 2 years PQE upwards with commercial experience and a specific focus on the Technology sector, gained at a respected firm. You will need a sound understanding of a broad range of commercial issues, including contract law, data protection, intellectual property and competition law.

Strong technical drafting and negotiation skills are essential for this role.
