Commercial Solicitor / Associate (Mid-Level) –

We are seeking a Mid-Level Solicitor with good quality experience in Commercial matters to join a substantial national firm and to develop a specialism in the Procurement field.

You will need good quality Commercial experience gained at a respected firm, which would ideally include experience in procurement matters.

There is flexibility on experience levels here and we would encourage applications from candidates with a few years PQE upwards to a more senior level.

You will be providing commercial advice to a fascinating range of clients including household names, regional and national businesses and to the public sector including defence and education organisations. The role will include acting for authorities and bidders on public procurement projects. Experience in Public Contracts Regulations would be a bonus here.

The role will be mainly non-contentious but there will be an element of contentious matters.
