A highly regarded, award-winning national law firm is looking to recruit a Real Estate Solicitor to join its expanding Nottingham team. The Role

From a recruitment perspective, this role offers a broad and high-quality real estate caseload, which can be tailored to the experience of the successful candidate. Responsibilities will include:

• Handling a wide range of commercial property matters, with a particular focus on landlord and tenant work

• Acting for a diverse client base across multiple sectors

• Managing matters from instruction through to completion with minimal supervision

• Working collaboratively within a large, well-resourced real estate team

• Contributing to business development and client relationship management

• Ensuring the highest standards of client care and technical excellence

This role would suit a Commercial Property Solicitor with 3-10 years’ PQE, gained within a strong regional or City firm, although the position can be adapted depending on experience.

About You

• Qualified Solicitor with directly relevant real estate experience, including landlord and tenant matters

• Strong commercial awareness and understanding of the real estate sector

• Proven ability to manage files efficiently, meet client expectations, and handle financial management

• Confident with time recording, billing, WIP management, and case management systems

• A proactive, self-starting individual with excellent interpersonal skills

• Strong IT skills, including confidence using Microsoft Office and legal case management systems

• Ability to consistently demonstrate and embody the firm’s values

• Commitment to maintaining up-to-date technical knowledge and working in line with SRA competence standards
