The Role
You will handle a varied and high-quality caseload of commercial property work, including:

• Acquisitions and disposals of commercial property
• Commercial leases acting for landlords and tenants
• Property finance and secured lending matters
• Development and investment property transactions
• Advising on property aspects of corporate transactions
• Managing matters from instruction through to completion
• Supporting junior team members and contributing to business development initiatives
