The successful candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of commercial property transactions, land development, and conveyancing processes. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established Legal 500 firm and lead a high-performing team of professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Runs a caseload of complex commercial property transactions.
- Develops and maintains strong client relationships, ensuring excellent client satisfaction.
- Stays abreast of industry trends, legal developments, and market changes.
- Collaborates with other practice areas to foster a cohesive and collaborative work environment.
- Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have:
- Qualified Solicitor with 3+PQE
- Experience working on all aspects of Commercial Property.
- Strong communication skills.
