About the Opportunity:

Key Responsibilities:

Managing a diverse caseload of commercial property transactions, including leases, acquisitions, disposals, and development projects.
Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a range of commercial property agreements, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and regulations.
Liaising with clients, external parties, and colleagues to facilitate smooth and efficient transaction processes.
Providing support to senior solicitors and partners on complex commercial property matters as required.

Requirements:

Qualified solicitor with 1 year + PQE
Proficiency in commercial property transactions
Strong communication, negotiation, and organisation skills
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a cohesive team
