We are seeking a Solicitor with experience in Commercial Property to join a leading multi-office firm on the Kent coast.

The ideal candidate will need to have a minimum of 2 years PQE + and have strong commercial experience, with ambition to develop your skills further. As part of the highly successful Real Estate team, you will have the opportunity to work on high-quality commercial property matters for a variety of different clients. The role involves dealing with a full range of Landlord and Tenant work as well as property acquisitions and sales for company clients, development work from site acquisitions involving conditional contracts options and overage, finance through to preparation for disposition.
