About the Role:

• Position: Commercial Property Solicitor
• Location: Hertfordshire

Your Role:

• Manage all aspects of the client relationship, from engagement to billing and chasing payment.
• Provide expert legal advice to a varied client base, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism
• Work on high-quality commercial property matters for a variety of different clients.
• Landlord and Tenant work as well as property acquisitions and sales for company clients
• Stay informed on relevant legal developments and maintain compliance

What We’re Looking For:

• 1+ PQE Solicitor or Legal Executive in Commercial Property
• Experience working in all aspects of Commercial Property
• Strong communication skills.
