Key Responsibilities:

Manage a varied caseload of commercial property and development matters, including acquisitions, refinances, leases, and development agreements.
Provide practical legal advice on planning, construction, and financing in commercial property development.
Draft and negotiate documents such as sale agreements, overage agreements, promotion agreements, and development contracts.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, agents, and advisors.
Stay current with changes in property law and market trends to deliver innovative solutions.
