About the Role:

My client are seeking an experienced Commecial Property Solicitor, at Senior Associate or Partner level .

The successful candidate will lead a diverse range of transactions, advising clients on all aspects of commercial property law. You’ll play a key role in driving the growth of the practice and mentoring junior team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee a varied portfolio of commercial property transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, leases, and developments.
• Provide strategic advice to clients, ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry contacts.
• Lead business development initiatives to grow the practice and enhance the firm’s profile.
• Mentor and support junior solicitors within the team.

Qualifications:

• Qualified Solicitor with significant experience in commercial property law.
• Proven track record in managing complex transactions and leading teams.
• Strong business development skills and a client-focused approach.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
