My client, a prestigious Legal 500 ranked firm in Essex known for its excellence in providing comprehensive legal services, is expanding their team and seeking a dynamic Senior Commercial Property Solicitor to join their thriving practice.

As a Senior Commercial Property Solicitor, you will play a pivotal role in the firm’s success, managing a diverse caseload and providing high-quality legal advice to a broad range of clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle a varied caseload of commercial property matters, including acquisitions, disposals, leases, and property finance transactions.
• Provide expert legal advice to clients, building and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Manage and mentor junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team culture.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and changes in legislation, ensuring compliance and delivering innovative solutions to clients.
• Represent the firm at networking events and contribute to business development initiatives to expand the client base.

Requirements:

• Qualified solicitor with at least 4 years PQE in commercial property law.
• Proven track record in handling complex commercial property transactions.
• Strong client management and communication skills.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience in mentoring junior team members.
• Membership in relevant professional bodies.
