A rare senior opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Property Partner to head up a superb department at a thriving Surrey practice.
You will need a minimum of eight years’ experience in Commercial Property matters, including Landlord and Tenant, Leasehold and Freehold transactions, Land Acquisition and Developments gained in a well-respected Law firm.
The role will require you to conduct and manage your own case load from initial instruction through to conclusion and to assist in marketing and business development of the department and firm, whilst also supervising more junior members of the team. You will be dealing with all types of non-contentious real estate transactions and you will be backed by a very supportive team.
