My prestigious Top 200 client, known for its excellence in legal services across various practice areas, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Legal Director specialising in Commercial Property to join their dynamic team. As a Legal Director, you will play a key role in providing strategic legal advice and guidance to their clients on a wide range of commercial property matters.

Responsibilities:

• Provide expert legal advice and support on commercial property transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, leases, and developments.
• Lead and manage a team of lawyers and support staff within the commercial property department.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, delivering exceptional client service and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Stay abreast of legal developments and industry trends within commercial property law, providing proactive advice and guidance to clients and colleagues.
• Collaborate with other practice areas within the firm to provide integrated legal solutions to clients.

Requirements:

• Qualified solicitor with substantial experience (ideally 8+ years) specializing in commercial property law.
• Proven track record of handling complex commercial property transactions from inception to completion.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in leading and developing a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
• Commercial acumen and a strategic mindset, with the ability to provide practical and commercially focused legal advice.
• Strong academic background with a minimum 2:1 degree or equivalent.
