Your responsibilities will span routine and complex commercial transactions, research and development activities, and strategic outsourcing/service-related projects. Additionally, you will provide expertise in technology, e-commerce, and the internet, offering advice on innovative technological solutions and addressing data protection concerns. Your role will extend to advising clients on the existence, ownership, protection, development, and exploitation of their intellectual property rights.
