The Role:
You’ll handle a broad range of commercial litigation matters including:
-Contract & shareholder disputes
-Professional negligence
-Insolvency & asset recovery
-Partnership and director issues
-ADR, mediation & arbitration
What We’re Looking For:
– Circa 3 plus PQE in commercial litigation (flexible for the right person)
– Strong knowledge of dispute resolution, CPR, and client management
– Commercial mindset & a team player with ambition
