Commercial Litigation Solicitor / Legal Executive – Legal 500 Firm, Northamptonshire

We are currently recruiting for a Commercial Litigation Solicitor / Legal Executive to join a well-established Legal 500 firm based in Northamptonshire. This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with 4+ years PQE to join a reputable team and take on a varied caseload

The Role:

As a Commercial Litigation Solicitor, you will be responsible for:

• Handling a range of disputes including contract breaches, shareholder disputes, professional negligence, and partnership disagreements
• Providing clear, practical advice to clients on all stages of the dispute process, including pre-litigation, mediation, and trial
• Engaging in alternative dispute resolution methods, and preparing cases for court where necessary
• Drafting legal documents such as pleadings, witness statements, and settlement agreements
• Managing client relationships and maintaining a high standard of service throughout the litigation process

Requirements:

• Qualified solicitor with 4+ years PQE in commercial litigation
• Strong understanding of dispute resolution processes, including litigation and ADR
• Ability to manage a varied caseload and work both independently and within a team
• Excellent communication and client management skills
