Commercial Litigation Solicitor – Berkshire

(2 year + PQE)

This is a fantastic role with a highly regarded national firm in their Berkshire offices. The successful Litigation candidate will join their thriving team, within a highly reputable, and expanding department.

You will be expected to advise on a range of commercial matters to include contract drafting and negotiation of high value and complex contracts, procurement contracts, agency and distribution agreements, IT contracts, outsourcing agreements, data protection, intellectual property and commercial due diligence.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 PQE+ up to a Senior level. In addition to this, they will be a proficient lawyer with demonstrable skills in client care and a proven desire to exceed client expectations.

You will be required to advise and interview clients, keep files in good order, deal with client queries, comply with quality standards and support the growth of the department as a whole
